How long will my order take?
All RentReady NZ products are shipped directly from our suppliers to your door. Please allow the following estimated delivery times:
Why does delivery take this long?
We source our products directly from manufacturers to bring you the best prices possible. This means your order ships internationally before arriving at your door. We only work with suppliers who provide reliable tracking throughout the journey.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — every order includes tracking. Once your order is dispatched (usually within 1–3 business days of payment), you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please email us at support@rentreadynz.co.nz and we will investigate immediately. We will either arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund — your choice.
Do you ship to rural NZ addresses?
Yes, we ship to all NZ addresses including rural delivery (RD) addresses. Rural delivery may add 2–5 extra business days.
Customs and import duties
Most orders under NZD $1,000 enter New Zealand duty-free under the low-value importation threshold. For orders above this value, customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Incorrect delivery address
Please double-check your address at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee of NZD $5.99 will apply.
